This 221,686 square-foot facility will provide indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities, creating an active facility that is open and welcoming year round. Designed and built as an environmentally friendly facility, incorporating natural materials in the construction, this project is targeted for LEED Silver certification, and includes sustainable features such as green roofs, efficient mechanical systems, efficient pool filtration systems, daylight harvesting, and reduced water consumption.
