An Edmonton-based director of the firm, Chris Holden brings international insight and sensibility to his colleagues and clients at CSG. Having completed his training in the UK in 1987, Chris has enjoyed being a key player in the construction industry for nearly 25 years. When Chris joined CSCP in 2000, he decided to immigrate to Canada. He is a member in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), and has retained membership with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
With more than two decades of project experience, Chris has worked in all aspects of financial management within the construction industry, including cost control, life cycle costing, tendering, contract placement / review, quality control, post contract control, and project monitoring. He has extensive knowledge of the unique requirements of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings as well as facilities designed for education and learning, healthcare, correction, and P3 project structuring. With a broad range of experience, Chris is able to deliver a fresh perspective and the skills necessary to provide dependable cost advice in today's complex building environment.
