A director of the firm, and based in Calgary, Joel Eckert has nearly two decades of relevant project finance monitoring experience in the industry. His unique strengths include cost planning, cost control, building inspection, and code requirements.
Joel completed the Construction Engineering Technology program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in 1993 prior to commencing his career within the construction industry. He is a member in good standing with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) and the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta (ASET) and holds the credentials of Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) and Certified Engineering Technologist (CET).
Throughout his career, Joel has worked closely with both lenders and developers to provide and reinforce the necessary communication required to successfully deliver financial control of all types of projects, including both small and large scale endeavours. Joel's combination of experience and expertise enables him to provide reliable advice on all aspects of financial management during construction. .
